Most importantly the staff was super helpful with everything. I got food poisoning (not from them LOL) during my stay there and they did things like bring food to my room and drive me to the pharmacy. Beyond that, they were just super friendly and happy to share insights on the many interesting subregions within Saas-Fee... Which is an incredibly beautiful area to visit!"
