Great location. Right next to Kokusai Dori where we enjoyed shopping and dining. Also we booked a bus tour. Meeting location was a couple minutes walk from our hotel. Very clean, great morning buffet, very helpful staffs

Adjacent to main shopping and restaurant area made it easy to try local flavors and products. Across the street from monorail station made visiting other parts of the city very convenience. Just a short walk away from main bus terminal where all municipal bus lines are available, in addition to longer distance express buses that connects to various parts of the island outside Naha city. Hotel is very clean and well-managed, all the needs of an average traveler are provided. Staff is courteous and able to answer questions for guests in 8 languages using their translation software. This hotel is a good choice in this price range.

Impressive and Helpful Staff The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and always eager to assist. We were very impressed with their customer service. While there were times when they needed to use a machine translator to communicate, they never brushed us off and were always patient and willing to help whenever we had questions or issues. Their dedication to making our stay comfortable truly stood out.

Nosey receptionist.

Front desk clerk wasn’t very friendly when checking in. Felt like he was asking for extra items from me because I was a foreigner. Had a friend decide to stay with me last minute after going out for the evening and he was demanding my friend provide him a copy of his passport, but didn’t have it on him. The room was booked under me, there was no reason for him to be asking all these questions of my friend. Never experienced this at any of the other hotels in the area.
