Good hotel at a convention location

Stayed for two weeks in January 2016 for a business trip. Good location and clean room. Enjoyed traditional food tent especially Shan noodles for breakfast. Just one thing is Free WiFi a bit slow and disconnected quite frequently.

This is a fantastic hotel. Extremely helpful staff, big rooms, good food, clean, english tv channels, wifi works great. Couldnt has asked for a better stay. They even helped us with onward travel and negotiating taxi prices.

部屋は清潔できれいでしたが、中庭側の部屋は換気が非常に悪く 部屋の中がカビくさく部屋の交換を依頼したがどこも同じと言わ諦めました。道路側の部屋は値段が高いようです。 ６階以上は改装中らしく改装後に換気が良くなれば観光や買い物に便利なホテルかと思います。 朝食バイキンは種類も多く、ミャンマー料理やパンなど種類も豊富でした。

部屋の窓が内バルコニーに向いており 換気が非常に悪く　室内全体や枕及びバルコニーがカビ臭く ２泊したがクローゼットに吊っていた洋服もカビの匂いが 移るなどした、、、。 ６階から上の階は改装中らしく１１時ころから改装の音もした。 改装の音は日中は観光で出かけるので気にならないが 改装でカビの匂いが改善されるまで泊まりたくない。

豪華だが少し残念

ロビーが広々としていて豪華である。 しかし、部屋やロビーの照明が蛍光色なので冷たい感じがする。 もう少し暖色にすれば豪華さが活きると思う。 部屋も広かったが、少し下水の匂いがしたのが残念だった。 近隣にはショッピングセンターもあり便利である。

毎朝、私は、フロントを通って朝食を摂りに行きました。 その時に、私に対して、毎回スタッフが笑顔で挨拶を交わしてくれるのが嬉しかった。 ホテルは大きな道に面していますので、車のノイズは少し大きいです。 しかし、ダウンタウン程賑やかではありません。 鳥のさえずりも聞こえます。 ホテルのフロントは４階にあります。１階の専用ホールからエレベーターでフロントに行きます。専用ホールには、いつもスタッフが2人居て、セキュリティはしっかりしています。 また、専用ホールは空調が効いているので、タクシーを待つのも快適です。 ホテルは便利な場所にあります。ホテルの横には、ショッピングセンターがあり、地下には日本のイオン系の少し高級スーパーマーケットもあります。 また、向かいの道路を渡ると、庶民派のスーパーマーケットや地元の味の屋台やレストランもあります。 国立博物館や市民公園(料金300MMK)も徒歩圏内です。市民公園を通って、有名なShwe Dagon Payaも歩いて行けます。 ダウンタウンのJunction CityやBogyoke Aun San Marketへは、Grabタクシーで15分位。料金約2000MMK。 ヤンゴンの電力不足が原因なのか、 ある日、午前８時頃シャワーを浴びようとしたら、お湯が出なかった。また、その日は部屋の明かりも付きませんでした。 その時は、水のシャワーは出ました。テレビや電源コンセントも使えました。 ホテルのジェネレーターで電源を確保していたのでしょうか？

1,2階がショッピングセンター 4階がフロント(4階以上が客室)のつくり 場所がダウンタウンではないので移動はタクシー必須 鉄道駅近だが観光利用には不向き 中庭向き(立派な)の部屋だったので 直接自然光が入らずマイナス。 設備については支障なし(当然シャワートイレは無し) 接したスタッフは、フロント含め気持ちよく対応して頂けたので その部分は良かったです。
