This property is an attractive ground floor beachfront unit on one level with easy access. Positioned at the front of the Breakers Resort style complex with ocean views, both bedrooms have queen size beds, built in wardrobes and ensuite off the main bedroom.

* PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

- Linen is NOT supplied at this property. You will need bring your own linen including towels. Linen hire is available from The Laundry Yamba or Coastal Cleaning Services.
- We provide a basic starter pack, such as toilet paper, dishwashing tablet, etc, to cover your needs for a night or two. For longer stays, please bring additional supplies.

The unit is tastefully decorated with a fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and a open plan dining and lounge with a Smart TV, free wifi and ceiling fans for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

A large patio can be accessed off the lounge room and main bedroom, perfect place to unwind and enjoy the ocean views.
