Good location. Older hotel with a lot of deferred maintenance in need of repairs, attention to upkeep, needs renovation and updating, and has marginal staff that need training.

Toilet didn’t flush. No one could fix it and they did not offer a room change. Shower did not drain. No fridge in room as indicated. Staff were professional but three days without a toilet working properly was ridiculous.

Our first room was unmade when we arrived. The bed had been stripped with only the mattress pad remaining. When we called the front desk, we were sent bedding to make the bed. The deck area was filthy with bird droppings on everything. We requested and received a second room that was nice and clean. I believe they have a core area that is a 3* room and overflow that is a 1*.

I have only reviewed a hotel one other time. My stay was awful. Restaurant closed early, had to call maintenance to fix my tv, old hotel with very thin walls. The room next to me had loud guests until 4:30am and I could hear everything. Hair in sheets, and in tub. Takes a lot for me to complain, but this one didn’t make the grade. Will not stay there again.

I expected that I'd be renting a hotel but I was put in the very far back corner at the rear of the property in a detached motel building with an exterior entrance. The hotel was no where near full and I was traveling alone. I felt unsafe and since I prebooked I'd have not been able to change accomodations to another hotel without losing money. Breakfast was a typical buffet but instead of being complimentary it was $6.50 to eat. I had just dropped off my car for service while in town and since I was shuttled back I was treated like a transient upon walking into the lobby. I misspoke my room # and the hostess all but got my ID just to eat breakfast. As I later sat in the lobby waiting for my shuttle to come get me in the afternoon I kept being asked by the front desk if I was waiting for somebody. The staff was pleasant enough but I felt unwelcome and almost as if I was doing something wrong. I will not be returning!

Where do we start? Between not having any toilet paper or refill roll in our room for a 2 night stay, no breakfast included, refrigerator not cold, very tiny toilet and less than accepting wait staff it was not very enjoyable. The bed was decent and the shower had good water pressure though.

Older Hotel but Holds Up to Expectations

Stayed here for two nights to attend a sporting event in town. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything was clean and bright despite the hallway carpeting being a bit dated. We stayed in the Corporate Building which does not have an elevator so if stairs are difficult for you, make sure to ask for a ground floor room. The only disappointment was that the room didn't include breakfast, which would have been an additional $5.99 per person, per day. We opted to eat at one of the nearby diners instead and that there were two outdoor pools but no hot tub available. Otherwise, we were extremely pleased with our stay.
