Avoid

Avoid at all costs, it is in a great location but on the 8th floor at the top of the building, the stairs are dimly lit & it is not safe, there is also no fire escape. You do not receive your check in instructions until 4pm on the day so need internet to access your emails. Customer Service are unhelpful. We checked in stayed 10 mins & checked out & moved to the Emporeum Hotel. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are super fit.

Great location, everything else was awful!

So many negatives let this place down. You don’t receive any information until 4pm and then 20 minutes later we got told there was a problem and we couldn’t check in. They offered us another apartment 3km away with a sofa bed. Obviously I rejected this and they went quiet. After being quite worried whether we had a place to stay and 45 mins later I messaged hotels.com. They were brilliant. Miraculously rent planet messaged to say they fixed the problem and said sorry. Over and hour later that check in we got into the apartment. What they next fail to put in the listing is that the apartment is on the 4th floor with 8 flights of stairs and no lift! The apartment itself is okay, the kitchen was great, we had hot water and the view and location was great. However the bathroom was dirty and had little curly hairs all over. It also had an awful sewer smell. Make sure you keep the door shut otherwise the apartment smells. The bed was good apart from the pillows! The photos are not accurate there is one pillow per person and it’s incredibly thin. I had to use a coat and jacket to prop me up. We didn’t bother messaging the host after the initial conversation and no real apology on the delay and stress given. The tv was a bonus with Netflix but we had to go to settings to reconnect it to the WiFi each time. The only thing going for this place is the location but personally I’d book somewhere else!

La vue sur le centre historique de Wroclaw est magnifique et cela valait la peine de monter les bagages sur 4 étages par les escaliers. L’appartement est très beau et bien équipé wifi fonctionne parfaitement

Das Appartement liegt zentral am Marktplatz-es ist im 4.Stock ohne Fahrstul-man braucht 5 Schlüssel um reinzukommen und es gibt nur 1x Schlüssel-das Treppenhaus ist total alt und riecht sehr znangenehm.Die Wohnung ist sauber-aber hat nur das allernötigste-keine kleinen Handtücher-keine Duschmatte-das Schlafsofa ist sehr durchgelegen-es gibt keinen Brsen-kein Geschirrhandtuch-es war soweit sauber und nach hintenraus morgens extrem laut wg der Müllabfuhr.Es war somit nur ok

Super. A bit tricky to get information about check in, felt kind of scammy to not know anything until 16.00 on the day. And difficult with all the locks. But very nice apartment, amazing location and view.
