Beautiful brand new tropical paradise home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open kitchen, living room living space perfect for families or groups looking to enjoy a relaxing time in Barbados without sacrificing any modern comforts. The house has fantastic Wi-Fi, televisions in the living room and master bedroom, Sonos sound system, A/C in all the bedrooms, microwave, nespresso and full sized, brand new kitchen appliances with all cooking utensils you’ll need. It’s close to the beach, but in a quiet neighborhood.

The neighborhood is residential, so you’ll feel like you’re truly living on island. It’s close to the beach, with Crane Beach, one of the nicest on the east coast, within a five minute drive. There is also a supermarket within a five minute drive, and neighborhood roadside restaurants nearby.

This tropical paradise is brand new, fully furnished and stocked with all the essentials. You will have plenty of space to spread out and enjoy yourselves, or congregate in the living room for a movie night. Outside, there is an outdoor shower to clean off after the beach. There is a covered carport garage attached to the house where you can park a car if you rent one. We've spent a long time building this house into our perfect island getaway, and when we're not here we want you to be able to enjoy this clean, beautiful, new construction home.

Since this is our personal home, the kitchen is fully stocked with equipment because we like to cook while here. You will be able to cook or bake whatever you may want while here, and find the pots, pans, and utensils required already in the cabinets. We also keep a selection of spices on hand, so you don't need to buy a whole container of salt or garlic powder for a few days' stay.

There is a nespresso machine in the kitchen, and we try to provide a selection of pods for your stay. If you are coming for a longer period of time, or expect to want to enjoy multiple coffees per day, you may want to bring some of your own to supplement what we can provide. If you're a coffee lover and know you will want to enjoy more than we may provide, you can either bring some 'original' nespresso pods from home to use in the machine, or let us know and we can try to source some extra pods for you before or during your stay.

This is an apartment located on the first floor of a two family house. You have access to a front and back patio, with grassy yard in front. There is a mango tree that bears fruit at certain times of year (late spring/early summer) in the back yard that you can eat off the tree. There is an outdoor shower at the back of the house and a BBQ grill that you can use as well.

This is a fairly child-friendly home, as we have a child ourselves. We have a pack n play and a carseat at the house that we can provide for rent while you're here if you have small children and would like to use them-- just ask and we'll provide more information! There is a small selection of children's books and games at the house so you don't need to bring activities.

Pease note: laundry is available and 2 loads of washing per week is included. If you will need access to excessive laundry there will be an extra fee, as energy and water are extremely expensive.
