The refrigerator leaked all over the floor. Water was everywhere, was never looked at. Had to go get more towels to clean up the mess on the floor.

Great Stay with a Few Minor Issues I had a great stay at Hollywood Casino Hotel! The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the shower was amazing—definitely a highlight of the room. The location is also convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby and easy access to the People Mover. On the downside, our remote was broken, and it took two phone calls and a long wait to get it replaced. Additionally, the VIP benefits didn’t feel very special, and I was disappointed that I didn’t receive a room upgrade. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, and I would stay again, but I hope to see improvements in service and VIP perks.

The staff were great, baggage check was clutch. We used the valet for our car, checked our bags and attended an early event in town before we checked into our room. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable.

My mattress pad was stained with urine and blood. They never made the bed during the 3 days I stayed. I finally threw all my linen in the hall to see if housekeeping would come then. They knocked on the door and handed me sheets but didn't make the bed. I had to request coffee, cups, a comforter and towels, even after leaving a note attached to the linens in the hall that I needed all these. No chair in room, no wastebasket in bathroom. Expedia should give me a refund.

I thought the room was a little bigger than what it was. A microwave would’ve been amazing! However my overall stay was great. It was nice and quiet. I’ll definitely do another staycation at this property.
