All in this was a good place to stay. There were only a few things that kept it from being a 5 star in my opinion. The first one is that it is advertised as a ski in/out. I have stayed a true ski in/outs and this is not one. It is close to a ski trail, but it is a bit of hike to get to it. I wouldn't classify it as a ski in/out. Secondly, the parking is okay if you just have 2 vehicles, but in a house this big, you are normally going to have more. I had messaged as asked about more parking options, and I kept getting the same auto response telling me there was an overflow lot which we never found. We ended up calling winter park and they were able to give us some parking options. Third was not something that anyone did wrong, but the hot tub only worked for the first night. On night two it was giving us a notification that the filter needed cleaned. I messaged the company and let them know of the issue and the earliest they were able to fix the problem was the day we were leaving, so we did not have the hot tub on the last 2 nights. They did give a small refund for the issue, but it would've been nice to have the spa after our last day of skiing. All in, the house was very nice and I would recommend to anyone, just be aware that it is not a true ski in/out, the parking can be challenging, and the communication is delayed at times if something urgent is needed.
