Easy walk to shuttle stop

We loved the well appointed kitchen-loads of pots and pans, dishes and cups! Heated floors in front hall keep your ski boots cozy and ready to put on in the morning.

Clean and enjoyable setup with a great view

This VRBO was all around very pleasant. Everything was clean and things like the grill and hot tub worked very well when I can’t say the same for other places I’ve visited. The host was responsive and I’d recommend this stay

Great Getaway

We had an adults only group this time but the house would be great for families too. (Had a pack & play and high chair in the closets)Hosts were very responsive, even when I didn’t expect a reply until the next day - they were on it! We asked about checking in early and they were flexible. They kept us up to date once the property was cleaned, so we could unload after a long day of driving. Overall good space, easy access to the slopes via bus. This is our second year staying on the Lakota loop and we’ll definitely be back!

Perfection

This was one of the beet VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed in. Every detail was covered from the perfect location - you can see Winter Park slopes out of the windows in the kitchen and living area, to the warmth of the heated floors. The beds are comfortable, living rooms comfortable, and the layout was perfect. The host was very responsive and helpful. It was an easy check-in and out process.

Great Place in a great location.

Very happy with this rental and its management. Listing is very accurate, the property is well kept, and the kitchen is stocked with actual cooking hardware versus pots and pans that have been so warped, they may as well be woks and are useless on electric stoves. This unit has a gas range, well kept pots and pans and utensils. Just a quick walk to the bus stop and with it being the last stop, you are right at the slopes in no time. The hot tub is also well kept and nice and hot. If and when I go back to Winter Park, I will look for this unit again.

Perfect getaway for family

We were very pleased with the house during our stay in Winter Park. It snowed quite a bit and temps dropped down into the negatives so having a garage to park in was a great feature and the house stayed nice and warm during our time there. It was a quick 2 minute drive to the Winter Park resort to ski and only 5-10 minutes to shopping and restaurants. The two bedrooms with full bath downstairs was great for our teenagers and still had plenty of room to add a few more people thanks to the bunk bed set up. Upstairs master suite had a very comfy King size bed, walk in closet and large bathroom. Our only complaint was how cold the tile in the bathroom was but there was a plug in heater in the closet we used to help warm it up. I'm sure it is not typically that cold but since it's over the garage and was frigid temps while we were there made it colder than usual I would assume. The bathrooms and kitchen all had plenty of soap and shampoo so didn't have to worry about bringing our own. There were a couple of sleds in the garage so again no need to bring or buy. Also plenty of storage areas in the entryway to remove boots, gloves, jackets etc to keep snow from being tracked inside. Plenty of seating in the living room and dining area for a nice sized group as well. Would love to come back and next time will most likely bring some extended family to stay as well since there was plenty of room.

Nice place

Nice property. Disappointed in the hot tub. The final decision for choosing this property was the hot tub. We didn't check it the day we got there and the next day when we went to use it it was 52 degrees. Way too cold! Never got to a comfortable temperature for us to use. Maybe in the instructions let renters know they need to turn the heat on as soon as they arrive if they intend to use the hot tub.

Fabulous unit, great location!

This condo exceeded our expectations!!! So clean and welcoming! Has all the amenities you could ask for and literally across the street from Winter Park resort! We had zero issues and would love to come back again. Super comfortable beds, plenty of towels and everything was just as described in the listing. Thanks for a great family getaway!

Beautiful and close to Winterpark

Great communication with owner for an earlier arrival than expected. Enough space for teens and adults. Hot tub was a nice add. We had a stove issue and they came over within 24 hours. Very responsive.
