Room had a broken toilet. Horrible smell in entire room. TV barely worked. No ice whatsoever

Please don’t stay here. The room stunk, the bedspread was stained and we killed 2 bugs in the room. My husband went to look at another room, but it stunk too. At checkout the man did not ask how our stay was but my husband told him. He did not apologize or anything. We did not eat the breakfast as I told my husband I wasn’t eating anything that came out of that hotel.

Staff and Safety issues

Pros: Thomas the day clerk and the breakfast staff,
Cons: Staff re-training and a major remodeling so that the entrance faces inside.
Location: Restaurants downtown Wake Forest Museums. Art and theater.
The night clerk Alex was very rude and demanded a cash deposit. Thomas the day time desk clerk was most accommodating. I had a concern about the doors that did not close securely.

Close to the hospital

It had part of a blunt left on the floor by the bed when I got there, and the carpet left my feet black

Smell and dirty rug

Cons: Clean the carpet and spray some air freshener in the room.
I had to book a king size smoking room. My husband smokes, but I don't. He went outside to smoke because the smell was so strong in the room I couldn't take anymore. I know it's a smoking room but couldn't they spray some febreeze to cut down on the odor. I also made the mistake of walking across the rug in my socks and I couldn't believe how filthy my socks got. There was even stuff stuck to my socks. I wore my shoes the rest of the time I walked anywhere in the room.
