This room is the worst room I think I've ever gotten for $61, the TV is literally sitting on the ceiling can't change the channels without standing up or raising your arm all the way up there's no refrigerator the lights were off when I showed up into the room and the air conditioner, so it felt unsafe and unsettling not knowing if an employee or somebody could have been hiding in here to rob me I will not be using Travelocity anymore because of this reason and it looks like there's so much drug traffic going on here it's ridiculous. They did not have the room ready when I arrived after waiting 2 hours before I got here after purchasing the room then I had to wait another hour when I got here at almost 9:00 at night to get the room, terrible service!!!

Better breakfast than usual, but with a few light touches, it could have been even better, but maybe others wouldn't appreciate ut likw I would have.

The pillow cases were filthy...looked like they hadn't been changed. The desk clerk was irritated by something....and the wifi wasn't working...which she was less than friendly about informing guests. I have stayed at other Micotels and loved them.... I guess this one was a bad egg.

I didn’t like this property at all. It will be placed on my list of places not to stay. The furniture was old, the hotel smelled bad, our bathroom had peeing paint and mold on the ceiling. The room had an ironing board, but I had to go downstairs to ask for an iron. The room was a double room that reminded me of a college dorm room. Bottom line, I was NOT happy with my room😔

I travel for work staying in hotels during the week, going home on weekends. I pack my meals and required a frig and micro wave. I stayed at a Microtel in Buckhannon, WV and it was awesome. Bathroom still had powder on the floor when I arrived. I dont wear powder. The key had to be replaced each day after working 10 to 11 hrs. Toilet poor to flush. Light over bed did not work. Microwave did not work. And I paid extra for the microwave. Ice maker on 2nd floor didn't work. I was very disappointed

Charged "deposit fee" along with regular charges. Bathroom was dirty and had black mold around tub. Daughter stayed in another room and had same complaints.
