Absolutely awful experience. The property was falsely advertised as having a gym and spa on site – neither of which exist. To make matters worse, the CO2 alarms went off at around 5:30am, which was extremely alarming. When we contacted maintenance, they “fixed” the issue by breaking the alarms just to silence them. Unbelievably, the host then attempted to charge us £99.99 to repair the very alarms their own maintenance team damaged. Completely unacceptable behaviour and very poor management. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here.
