A heritage farm hand-crafted out of limestone in the 1800s, this home offers plenty of warmth and hospitality for everybody. A windswept front porch welcomes guests inside to find an open-concept living space dressed in glossy wood paneling, beautiful furniture, and rustic decor. After a fun-filled day, cook up something wonderful in the full kitchen, then serve memorable meals at two dining tables. There are two beautifully furnished bedrooms and a family-shared area with queen beds (separated by curtains for more privacy). You'll love the original antiques throughout the property that showcase the history of Sites Ranch in addition to modern upgrades. Enjoy a picnic in the backyard with friends or a libation under the live oaks that provide a lush canopy overlooking the working farm.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
