"This hotel serves a certain niche crowd with their long-term stays and pet-friendly policies. The staff are friendly and the pricing is very reasonable. But I do feel like the property is in dire need of a facelift, if not a full-blown renovation. Noise bleeds into rooms and from one floor to the next. Beds are not very comfortable. Some lamps or appliances do not work. Very few amenities. Breakfast is average in quantity of choices and quality of taste. Not a bad stay, but not a great stay either."

"Great outdoor space for kids to play and swim, and nice lobby with space to hang out and plenty of board games available. The room itself was okay. Felt a little dark, and the AC was touchy, but overall, a solid place to stay, and the outdoor area made the stay an overall positive experience."

"I had a great stay here and would love to stay again! The design is a lot of fun. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was great. Every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. They seem to really care about each guest's experience. That said, my favorite part was the cafe! I looked forward to the amazing lattes every morning. I had both breakfast and lunch there, and everytime was great. The food feels indulgent, but health-focused as well. The RSVP is a delightful motel and I recommend it highly to anyone who doesn't require staying on Main Street."

"We were there for 7 nights. Room was comfortable and clean except around edges of tables and bed you could see where it really needed to be vacuumed and cleaned thoroughly. Breakfast was the same all 7 mornings we were there. Really need to change up. Last few mornings I didn’t eat there. It got old. For the price we paid, we expected better."
