The staff was very nice. The area around the hoyel was safe and quiet. The commin area could have used a vacuuming. The room was typical although it smelled a little musty when we first arrived, I sprayed some body spray around and it was fine. The bed covers were a lityle skimpy, just 1 thin bla ket.

The property was okay, the room was horrible. Two Queen size beds, one was so hard and uncomfortable that I woke up with a sore hip. The other was sunken in and felt like I was in a hole about to drop to the floor. No carpeting on the floor, no comforter, and the sheets and blanket were old. Worst stay ever 😡

I show up to this property at 10 PM on Friday night with a broken leg and two children, for the front desk girl to tell me that they don’t have a room available. She was extremely unhelpful with what I did for a refund and how do I find a hotel in the area. So I called Travelocity about the refund and the girl at the front desk is now saying I stayed so Travelocity won’t give me the refund. I am beyond pissed that they’re trying to say that after having to find my own room at 10 PM at night that they’re saying I stayed in the room and are charging me

Old and rundown building. Although the rooms and beds were big, the bathroom was a mess (dirty and poorly maintained). Staff don't seem to know what they're doing especially when its busy. My reservations were very screwed up. One of the rooms I was assigned to was already occupied (I opened the door and found someone inside!). Key didn't work for the other room I booked and I had to make two trips to the front desk to have it sorted out. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I consider this place or recommend to anyone!
