Super clean and well appointed apartment. Staff were accommodating and kind. However, the 'Ocean View' was a stretch of the imagination, as was the 'lush, tropical landscaping' surrounding the pool and hot tub next to the parking lot. Although the abundance of amazingly sweet and oozing donuts and pastries was exciting the first day, the lack of savory and healthy choices was disappointing. Maybe some boiled eggs and deli meat slices would have made it more 'Continental'. At least they had apples, oranges and bananas. By the third day we were rather over the carb and sugar overload! The coffee was excellent, and Dee did a wonderful job of keeping the buffet stocked. It is a great location if you like to hang out on the beach (way better than Naples!) and the pleasant 10 minute walk along the path in the center of the boulevard to the small, but thriving town center was clean and folks were generally very friendly. I would definitely recommend it!

We came here on a family vacation & loved it so much. The staff were so helpful and the room was so cute and accommodating. Everything was clean and the feel of the entire place was so coastal. I loved it. The only thing that was a small let down was the included breakfast, which was just ok but really what hotel breakfasts are. Overall this place was just perfect and exactly what I was looking for for a nice quiet beach getaway. Oh and the little town was so darling. I would come here again for sure.

We love this quaint spot on the Beach. The breakfast pistachio muffins are our favorite. The staff is always accommodating and friendly, and the room is beautifully decorated. You can’t beat the location right on the beautiful Venice Beach. We love the drum roll at sunset and all the seashells. Great restaurants all around.

I cannot say enough about this hotel. Our room was facing the ocean and a small porch alowed you to sit and see the ocean. The room was quaint. Really nice features, was lovely and comfortable. It looked like what I picutre sometihing in florida looking like. I forgot to mention sifters they allow you to use. It was big as people just searching were finding a few sharks teeth, but I found a lot. What a fun treasure hunt and the sifter made it so much easier. They have pastries from a local donut place and they were really good. They had water bottles available and were very helpful in sharing places to go, things to do and places to eat. Definately stay here if you want to go shark tooth hunting, be on the. beach and have simpley wonderfu people help you.
