The staff member at check-in was the best thing about this hotel. The place looked unkept and run down. The first impression of the room was a lumpy bed and a scrawny 6" mattress. The furniture was worn down; the fixtures were terrible. The place felt like a dump.

This is an older building, where one would expect problems with smells and odors. My room literally reeked of chlorine bleach based cleaner. I tried to open a window, but couldn’t - both windows had been retrofitted with steel tubes that wouldn’t allow the windows to budge even a fraction of an inch. Tried setting the fan on the AC to continuous thinking it would pull in outside air. It didn’t. When I left the next morning, all my clothes were damp and the smell remained intense. Please do not waste your money on this health hazard!

I had a good experience. Stuff at counter very pkeasant and the guy carribg baggage very nice. The only thing i didnt like is when they had to fix a light fixture just above my rooms door outside! But i understand that it needed repaired!

At breakfast, the eggs were just barley warm and the hot water was not hot at all. I tried both thermos's of hot water, and both were equally tepid. Your staff was wonderful, but there was only one attendant and she needed help.

It eas very, very old, needed paint, bathroom very mich needrd tepairs, like the door and the sink. We would never stay thete agaon.
