"Gorgeous place- fantastic service overall, but our only complaint was that hospitality had trouble stocking necessities like a bath mat for the bathroom floor (all slippery tile) and providing soap/ shampoo/etc; it seemed like they didn’t realize that the bottles had labels and served different needs. Will definitely stay there again!"

"Pleasant check-in; easy check out with Rob, the GM. I was attending a concert at City Winery. I knew The Strip was close by (.2 miles) but was surprised it was really only a 3 minute walk! Felt totally safe walking back after the show. Breakfast was great, but limited. Enough to get me through the day."

"We can not express how perfect this hotel is. Our checkin was super simple, the valet drivers were all nice and helpful, the front desk people are super friendly and extremely helpful. We have never met more friendly people working at a hotel, every single person was so accommodating and made you feel welcome. We stayed in a king bed room and it was extremely clean and spacious. Bed was super comfortable and the shower was huge! They offer what’s called a kickback from 5:30-7pm every day and you can choose from a variety of food selections all for free. Our selection included pulled pork sliders, white cheddar macaroni and cheese, which was the best macaroni and cheese we have ever had. Also offered soup, salad, coleslaw, nacho bar, hot dogs, anything you wanted to drink and gave us free alcohol drink vouchers as well. Again everyone was super friendly and staff would come by and clean up your plates and check if you needed anything. There was also a bar/restaurant upstairs which we ate at later that night after our concert, we had a burger and spicy chicken sandwich with chips and loaded tater tots, everything was yummy and served hot! They also offered free hot breakfast buffet with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruits, hot fresh made waffles, pretty much anything you could want for breakfast was there. My favorite spot was the rooftop open area, super clean and relaxing. We will never stay anywhere else again, this hotel made you feel so welcome"
