I feel this Days Inn was not acceptable. I ended up checking out within an hour and finding another hotel. My room was not clean looking or feeling. The corridor exit area had a trash can over flowed with trash on the floor. There was no room phone. The door didn’t shut tight. It rattled by catching the wind of the corridor exit every time someone entered or exited that hall. I tried to open the window and the whole window came off the track because it didn’t fit right. I asked for and received a different room. It had a phone but the window couldn’t open and was cracked patched with silver duct tape. As I spent more minutes in the room I could see and feel how gross and run down it was. I couldn’t sleep there so I left.

The staff was friendly and courteous and even though the proximity was close to the freeway, it was really very quiet. Linens were dingy and rough, checked out 3 different rooms before settling on one with the least amount of disrepair. Dresser was missing handles, blanket had large hole, toilet valve stuck, mounted shower rod sagged causing shower curtain to slid open when used, hair dryer did not work. The property was clean and staff very respectful but the room conditions were disappointing.

We drove up and I thought I was about to be on an episode of Dateline. This hotel looks like something you'd see in a horror flick. First, we pull up and there isn't a car in sight. Walked in... smelled like grandma's attic. No personnel at the counter. 5 minutes later a man, a very nice man, pokes his head around the corner and says sorry for the wait we are fixing a lock. And disappeared as fast as he appeared. Then another man came in and another in a suit came in behind him. This is not at all what we are used to as far as hotels. This should be classified as a motel. There was no way on god's green earth we were going to stay there. I booked online through Travelocity and of course I couldn't cancel or get my money back. We didn't care. We left and booked at a different hotel immediately.

I liked that I could have my dogs. Just really should mention that there's a charge for the pet friendly, per fur baby.

What was unique about the property was that if it is not mentioned on the amenities, you do not get it. Including hot water. If you are reading these reviews to try to decide whether you want to stay here... pass this one by! I am always looking for a deal but this was not it! We did not have hot water AT ALL! There were only 10 channels on the television, the curtain was falling off the window, the staff was not around and when they showed up, they were not helpful... no time was given for breakfast so you did not know what time that was and there were no materials in the room to indicate that information either. It was a dump. The bed was hard hard hard… I wish I had read the reviews before deciding to stay here even for an hour. The management always comes on here and says they are so sorry for your bad stay but judging from my recent stay, they do not ever do anything to change the experience. Skip it and pay a little more!
