Staff was great. They were patient and tried to help with my reservation. My rescheduled reservation did not get sent to the hotel. I had to call Hotels.com to try and get the reservation sent to the hotel, I was on the phone for an hour and was hung up on Twice! I gave up and paid for the room AGAIN directly with the hotel. I paid for the original reservation and a $150.00 change fee plus $134 to the hotel.

Breakfast was just alright. The eggs were blaa but everything else was pretty good. If they used real eggs instead of powdered eggs, the breakfast would be excellent. The room was nice & clean & comfortable. Staff was friendly & very helpful. Plus parking was ample & convenient. I would stay here again.

Our room was very clean. Didn't see any staff except for the night we checked in. We had no need for interaction, so that was OK.. Never woke up in time for breakfast and finding parking was no problem no mater the time of day or evening. Very pleasant stay.
