The reception people were very friendly. The breakfast area was poorly overseen because the tables weren’t cleaned as guests finished and we had to go to reception to ask for pepper. I liked that the lobby had a machine that you could get all kinds of coffee or lattes 24/7 at no charge.

The staff member who checked us in was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Amenities included a Keurig type coffeemaker, which was preferrable for us. All hotels should go this route! Beds were comfortable and A/C was good, even with the extreme heat. This will be our go-to hotel stop during future trips through Wichita Falls, TX

The carpet was wet from the air conditioner leaking, there was about a two inch gap under the door you could literally see in and out of the room, the tv had very few channels, the bathroom didn’t even feel clean enough to shower, there was very little lighting, I slept on top of the covers just in case!
