The room was great. Upon arrival we were informed that we were at the wrong Cesar's as apparently there are 3 hotels now with that name. The girl said we could upgrade to the one we were at for an additional $50 charge. I opted to do that. I was told our room wasn't ready (we were early) about 245pm. They told us the room would be ready soon and they would call my cell when it was. We waited till after 330pm finally went to the desk to ask, our room was ready, no call. I then overheard someone else at the wrong location and they were told they could check them in for that location but they would have to walk over there through the casino. That wasn't even given to us as an option. Maybe 3 different hotels with the same name isn't a good idea, just a thought.
