Hi there I’ve been calling since I left the building on Sunday August 9, 2025 @ 1100am or somewhere around there. I left 2 diamond rings in front of the window on table as the big mirror is there. One ring my wedding ring and the other a blue diamond that belonged to my mother she’s dead. With that being said I have yet to receive any call backs from our room housekeeping we were 605, Kellaway, Nicholas and Mandy we stayed Friday the 7-through Sunday August 9. I have spoke to someone at front desk who indicates the room had not been cleaned up until Monday night then I was ghosted with no calls. I then called last night and was told I wasn’t calling at the correct times to call this morning I called spoke to Katrina she indicated she had NOT been told of any of this and she was the lost and found housekeeping management…why is the fact that my two diamonds were on that table when I left I immediately called was given the run around then told it hadn’t been cleaned on Monday night no call backs and now the member of management says she hasn’t heard a thing? Are my rings missing? I’m sure you can review footage and confirm I had those on every single time I left that room outside of when I checked out as I added sunscreen and had to wash my hands using the hand towel I left on the sink to the left, I’m very particular I apologize but can detail anything…please assist me no one at the location seems to want me to have my items back
