This property is a mixed bag. The location is great - walkable to restaurants and quick drive to Palm Beach & Downtown. And the pool/hot tub are great. However, the yard does not have sod as shown - it is dirt and weeds, which becomes muddy very quickly in the Florida rain. Additionally, the house has a lot of little quirks/inconveniences - small kitchen, awkward towel bars in the bathroom, lots of fragile decor, etc.. It's a great option for a girls trip or couples getaway, but I would caution staying here with small children or pets. Lots of white furniture, fragile decor, and tight interior spaces make it impractical for families.

I have to give credit to the manager. We arrived and looked in the pool and saw something in the shallow area. We found racoon poop in the pool. Information provided stated we were responsible for pool cleaning and closure if it was our fault. Luckily it happened between the manager's inspection and our arrival at 6:18 PM. The manager had the price of the rental reduced to compensate for the lack of pool use so the negative rating is not indicating a bad pool. Since the health department rules are to shock the pool, and close it for 5 to 7 days, we did not use it.We found out the fence was around it to try to keep "critters" out, but it's obviously not working. I would suggest an electric, portable, poultry fence just in front of the shrubbery, as opposed to a fence that needed to be partially taken down by the customer every time you use the pool and then the customer is "responsible" for the outcome.Rooms were clean, the kitchen was well stocked and many appliances we could have used, however; we brought our own Vitamix and Ninga that we could have left home.The Air Conditioning condensate drain was plugged and caused one bedrooms to be flooded because water spread out under the laminate floor causing the rug to be wet in spots and our family member's purse to be soaked with water. I discovered the problem, and the manager had it fixed immediately.The toilet tank in the master bedroom would not always refill so I had to remove the top and tap the valve.

Great property close to baseball venue

We chose this property for its proximity to Cacti Park for a baseball tournament. The location was great and just a short drive to the park. It was also close to downtown areas with restaurants and shopping. We are a party of two married adults and two teens and it was nice for each of us to have our own bedroom with large beds (two kings and one queen.) We enjoyed the backyard pool and spa very much. It was very private, as was the front yard with the privacy hedge. The property manager communicated well and addressed any concerns we had. If we come back here for baseball again next year, we’d stay here again.

Our best VRBO Ever!

We stayed here as a family of 3 for 5 days. While there, we visited almost all of the surrounding beaches and had amazing dinner on Clematis St. Northwood Coffee was also our go to spot in the mornings . You can’t ask for much more. The location, indoor decor, and pool accommodations hidden with complete foliage privacy was all we could ever need. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Nice home in a great location

Stayed here for 3 nights. The home had everything we needed. Located close to downtown and the marina’s. Everything we needed was within 3-4 miles. Great backyard and pool with hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.

Spring Training

Enjoyable stay. Comfortable house with nice amenities. Incorrect entry information was provided in the check-in information but was quickly resolved. Couple of minor maintenance issues were encountered but did not affect the stay. I would stay again and would recommend it.

The house is as described on VRBO. The outside area is the highlight, with plenty of comfortable areas and a dining table to eat at. The pool is in the shade all day which kept us from swimming, however if it was really hot we would have gone in.It is important that the child fence be up when u arrive .It is very challenging to put up. Florida is full of pests you do not want in your pool.The location was great…check out Northwood Village and French Grill….also the cute antique shops.

Roomy, Comfortable and Quiet

This is a great little find. About 1.5 miles out of the downtown area of WPB. This made for a very nice walk in the mornings. Very close to several excellent restaurants that the locals all know about (5-6 min walk),Outdoor pool area is very spacious, despite us not using the pool. Beds very comfortable.

Great getaway house

House was very clean and comfortable! We brought our baby and it was a great set up for a few couples or family or two. Convenient location quick drive to great nearby restaurants and shops in Palm Beach and West Palm. Would definitely love to come back!

Labor Day weekend

We had a lovely weekend, the house is beautiful as is the pool and garden. Great location, walking distance from the ‘village’ and 5 mins drive (if that) to downtown West Palm with a multitude of choices for bars and restaurants

College drop off

We stayed in Sandra’s home while we dropped our daughter off at college. It was perfect for our family. I am currently training for a marathon and being right by the water way sidewalks were perfect for me, felt very safe in the neighborhood early in the morning. The pool was a big hit. All the amenities were what you’d hope for. Would and most likely will stay here again!

Fun family get away

We came down for the Fourth of July to see some fireworks and go to the beach. The house was PERFECT for when we just wanted some space to relax. If we weren’t in the ocean we were in the pool. We will be back!
