Helpful and polite staff. The rooms appear to have had a modern update and are clean. However, the carpet is as old as the building and smells it too. All in all, it was comfortable and quiet so will likely stay again

Its okay, but flaws such as: - bug in our room - hair in the blanket (seems like it was not replaced from the previous occupant, hair was blond and we're not) -AC not working properly (we were told that its fully booked and they cannot transfer us to another room, good thing it was cold) - no actual staff in charge of checking the breakfast items, you have call the reception to request for refill, we even found hair in the apple juice I knew that we booked a budget stay, but we have been with other budget hotels and i've been to other Ibis location but its not like this one.
