Downstairs you are spoilt for choice with three reception rooms - a sitting room with open fire and french doors to the garden, a dining room and a snug/children's television room. The well-equipped modern fitted kitchen is a more recent addition to the house and overlooks the garden. There's also a shower room on the ground floor - very handy for dealing with small sandy people after a day on the beach! Upstairs there are four bedrooms (two doubles, a twin, and single) and a family bathroom. The charming enclosed garden is at the back of the house. At the bottom of the garden is an off road parking area where there is space for one medium sized car.

From the house, you are only a few minutes' level walking distance to the centre of this ever popular seaside town, with its bustling quayside, independent shops, cafes and some excellent gastro pubs. It's just a five minute walk to the Quay and from there you can reach Wells beach in another ten to fifteen minutes. It's well worth the walk - this is one of the most stunning beaches and stretches as far as the eye can see. Bliss!
