Well-kept Alpine residence, quietly located on the outskirts in the midst of the beautiful Allgäu Alpine foothills (800 m above sea level). The climatic health resort of Weitnau is located in the heart of the beautiful Allgäu, ideally situated between Isny and Kempten. In winter, the Argental lift, a family lift with a practice lift, can be reached quickly from the residence. Activities nearby: Well signposted hiking trails, Nordic walking and mountain bike trail network (150 km). Water sports in the surrounding alpine lakes. Outdoor pools in Seltmans 3 km and Missen 10 km. For children: holiday program, climbing hall, skate park, game reserve nearby. Mobility : Not suitable for people with reduced mobility
