We arrived in town early, 3 hours before check in, and the staff allowed us to watch a football game we were wanting to watch on tv in the lobby and had a room ready for us 2 hours before check in Time. That is fantastic customer service above and beyond what can be hoped for. The hotel was in great shape and extremely clean. The breakfast was great. This was another good experience at Hampton Inn which is our first choice when traveling.

Hotel was acceptable, but not worth the $.

Pros: Bed w a s comfy and small pool w as s clean
Cons: Price and shower
Location: Douglas,GA. Not much to do in Douglas other than visit family and go bowling.
This hotel was defiantly not worth the price. I was surprised to find 3 more charges added to the rate I w a s expecting. I could have stayed at a big city 5 star downtown hotel for this price. B ed was comfy, but bathtub could use new shower head and caulking. Breakfast bar could have used refreshing prior to 10 am closing. At 9:30 am many food items had run out and there w a s plenty of people wanting to eat. Will not go back.
