Remodeled lake home with a brand new pool (2026) on beautiful Paw Paw Lake!

The open-concept upper level has 180 degree lake views. The first of two family rooms has a huge sectional, flat screen TV and vaulted ceilings. The kitchen has been completely redone with Quartz countertops, new cabinets & SS appliances. Room to host the whole crew with a huge built in buffet & live edge wood table seating 8!

Get ready for coffee or cocktails on the expansive deck that has a large sectional & outdoor dining table. The gated steps take you down to the beautiful pool & fire pit.

Lake views surround the 16x26 heated pool which has a 6 foot sundeck with two built in loungers & (optional) umbrella. The automatic cover ensures safety and lots of pool toys & rafts are provided for family fun!

The pool area includes lounge chairs, comfortable seating area & grill patio. The large sliding door leads inside to the lower level kitchenette with double beverage fridge. Enjoy a drink at the bar while watching the kids swim or relax in the second family room!

Upstairs, there are two large king bedrooms and a remodeled full bath. Downstairs, there’s a spacious double bedroom with a desk. A color drenched full bathroom with shower and the bunkroom with double beds and twin tops.

The bunkroom is kid-favorite- complete with a sound machine and toys & games stored underneath the flat screen TV! For our littlest guests we provide a pack n play, high chair, booster seat, baby bath, step stools and many kid friendly cups & dishes.

If you can tear away from the pool, we are just a 4 minute stroll (one block!) from township lake access, a sandy beach, and a pier for swimming or boating. Ask about our boat rental recommendations!

Just 5 minutes away is Paw Paw lake Golf Course ($45/round) with the famed Gazebo Bar! Another fan favorite, Filkins Winery is up the road. We will welcome you with a bottle when you arrive & encourage checking out the story behind it!

Conviently located by boating, beaches, golf, U-pick orchards, farmers markets, breweries, wineries, kayaking, and fun towns like St. Joseph and South Haven which are just 15–20 minutes away. Can’t wait for your family to join us!
