The home sits directly on the Perry Hill mountain biking trail, 4 miles from the Waterbury Reservoir and only 2 mins down the road from the quaint town of Waterbury and the Winooski River. The renowned town of Stowe is only 10 miles north on Route 100, Waitsfield and the Mad River Valley is 10 miles south and both Burlington and Montpelier are a short 30 minute drive.
