I wouldn't know anything about the cleanliness or the comfort of their rooms, as I wasn't able to stay at this hotel.
I was supposed to have arrived Sunday night, and requested late check-in, as usual. Unfortunately, my flight was delayed and I was unable to notify the hotel, so I arrived at around 12:30 AM Monday morning. When I arrived, I was informed by the very uninterested staff member on duty that they couldn't locate my name nor my reservation nor any payment information. I told him that I was supposed to have arrived Sunday night, or about 2-3 hours earlier than I did. Apparently, even with late check-in, if you are not there at 11:59 PM you lose your reservation. Entirely. And their system does not keep any record of it. When I showed him my travelocity email with my reservation information, he told me that there was no reservation number he could use or locate. I had booked this trip 3 months in advance and obviously had nowhere to go. The only thing this staff member would suggest was that I book a new reservation...which would have been three times as much as I had already paid. And he said there was nothing he could do, not even offer a new or reduced rate, but that his manager could, but she wouldn't be in until 7 AM. I was unable to wait that long and left to book a room at the Days Inn in Arlington. I have contacted Travelocity about a refund and am thoroughly displeased with everything about this.
