Hard to get to. Could not understand a word from the person at front desk. Asked for extra blanket and told housekeeping had left for the day, therefore we could not get the blanket. Ice machine inoperable on all floors. Every employee we came in contact with had a lousy attitude.

This was the second time we have stayed at this property. The location is good - close to everything. The rooms were clean when we arrived. The main issues were the high number of rats on the property - they were everywhere!! The hallways smelled terrible and the rooms were not cleaned while we were there. Also, the pool was closed and empty and the restaurant had closed. We were also disappointed that the hotel had removed all of the exterior furniture so there was no place to gather with family (even the lobby restrooms were closed). We had such a good experience the first time we stayed 5/18 but were truly disappointed this trip. Hoping the hotel gets cleaned up and "back to normal" soon.

The location was great for our needs. The only issue was people backing into their parking spaces which causes exhaust fumes to filter into the lower level rooms. The larger trucks that want to warm up before starting out was enough to make one sick.
