A place to sleep

The staff was very nice. Hotel was easy to find and close to restyrants and convienuence stores. It was low budget, but it was fine. All we needed was a place to sleep. The mattress needed to be turned replaced.

Masters Week

It did its job. Bed felt clean but rest of room was fair. Burn holes in carpet, rusty bathroom, old fridge, but you get what you pay for.

On behalf of our entire team, I hope you had a wonderful time at The Masters Golf Tournament at The Augusta National. We are an economy scale hotel. As such we do not have the profit margins to make everything brand new as you so outline here. Your reservation was for a SMOKING KING BED ROOM, which is exactly what you received. If someone dropped ashes from a cigarette on the carpet, there is nothing we can do about that. However, rest assured it has been noted and is scheduled to be replaced with hard-wood flooring over the next few months. Your satisfaction is important to us and we use the feedback we are provided with to make improvements and ensure we offer an exceptional experience for our guests in the future. P.S.
