front desk and operators not very helpful.

The shuttle service people were very good and nice. But ...We were first put in a room overlooking demolition of s building next door complete with outhouses, huge building fans and room next to to the service elevator and broken AC. We asked to be moved and were told if we wait 45 min there might be more clean rooms opening up, after the wait they told me them anger said we had to keep our room. I spoke to the manager and finally they gave us a better room.

High parking fees

Hotel was great. Unaware that there was such a high parking fee which almost equaled a third of the room rate which made the deal not as good.

Great Stay

Check In was great. I was on a Hilton Awards floor. The room was clean and spacious.

They originally checked me into a smaller room then I had booked, after speaking with the manager, they did correct the mistake, but overall experience took longer than expected. I had paid for Wi-fi a few times, although it states free wi-fi throughout the hotel. Rooms very clean, nice.

Unfriendly and Unhelpful service

At first arriving to hotel I was unpleasantly surprised by having to pay for parking. Also, this hotel charged per person for breakfast. These fees were not expected and parking and breakfast should have been part of our stay instead of a surprise as soon as we arrived. The front desk staff was also very rude and did not help out even when asked directly. I will not recommend or subject his hotel company to anyone that I know.

Pros: Comfortable
Location: Sight seeing. Using the Uber to get was great. Friendly and on time.
Hotel was pleasing to the eye. Clean and staff was friendly.
