The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The lady who checked me in and was also on duty when I checked out was very helpful. If I am not wrong her name was Ms. Fernanole With me was my elderly mother in a wheelchair and thios lady not only pushed me to enroll in IHG membership but got me a room close to the elevator to help my aunt's mobilization. One day we had some guests and the staff provided us couple of chairs to help. The beds were quite comfortable and the bathroom was loaded and clean. I thought the hotel cleaning would be daily cleaning but they said cleaning would only happen on checkout or when we requested. We didn't have a meal at the hotel but there was a 711 in walking distance as well as a gas station. I would highly recommend this lady Ms. Fernanole and her colleague Karim who helped make our stay comfortable

Very convenient location in Ballston. Rooms are quiet with no sounds from hallway or adjoining rooms. Finishing are slighlty worn out but functional. Beddings are comfortable which is what is most important for a business traveler.
