Disappointed in Warwick.

They put us in a cavernous handicapped accessible room. Really no good feel to the room. Also, was counting on an Airport Shuttle, but no. They blame that on COVID. Very lame excuse. Also, pool was unavailable (and devoid of water). Just not a nice stay, compared to my expectations.
