The window curtains were shredded. The screen of the window was popped out, and the latch of the window was broke so anyone could open the window from the outside. When I said anything to staff they said they knew, but couldn’t do anything. We had to put a hanger in the track to feel a little safe. The store by the front desk was so overpriced it was no wonder the food was expired.

The staff was amazing, Nicole at the bar was the best, the food was spectacular, the room was super clean and very spacious. Shuttle service was on point. We will be staying here moving forward every time we fly out of Providence. Already told all our friends about it.

Very and very nice I don't know why this hotel has negative comments but I've already stayed at this hotel for the 3rd time with my girlfriend and I've never had a problem and the rooms are always clean and smelly, and it's very quiet no one bothers you or anything I highly recommend
