The tremendous bedrooms offer a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. 2 minutes from Conimicut Point Park where you can enjoy a beverage looking at the sunset, and 2 minutes from Conimicut Village, where you can find great local restaurants and cafe's. Conimicut Point Park is accessible for boats, which makes it the perfect place to enjoy water sports, like fishing, kayaking, sailing, and more. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. With full kitchen, dinnerware and utensils, included to prepare all your meals at your stay. New appliances, includes a Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and blender. You can enjoy movies and your favorite tv shows in one of our two 55-inch TV's. We offer various board games to play with family and friends. Cottage by the beach

This was perfect for my family. We all had a place to sleep and still had space to be together and watch movies or enjoy being together as a family. Way better than a hotel which would have split us up. Only drawback was only 1 bathroom, but we made it work. I loved how close to the water we were.

Week in Conimicut

Great place to stay, homey & clean! The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating was because I wish there were more amenities when it came to the kitchen. Things like spatulas, sheet pans & stuff for the grill. Also the mattresses were very firm. Other than that it was a great retreat for my family and would recommend!
