North View is a well maintained and furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit.

On arrival there is parking in the garage behind the Unit and just in front of the garage. The Unit opens into the open plan living and kitchen area. There are multiple comfy sofas in front of your brand new Smart TV, ideal for relaxing after a busy day seeing the sights!

The kitchen is well equipped with all the expected mod cons. There is plenty of counter and pantry space, 2 bar stools and a table for 4 in this open plan area as well. There is a split system in the kitchen for your use during your stay. The laundry is tucked away in the kitchen with washing machine and drying rack, there is also an outside line on the balcony which can be accessed via the kitchen.

There are 2 bedrooms, the first with Queen bed and the second with a double bed. There is one bathroom with toilet and shower/bath combo.

North View is only 5 mins drive to the center of Warrnambool filled with shops, cafe and restaurants. Take time to explore the past at Flagstaff Hill, visit the civic green and Warrnambool Art Gallery. Head to Fletcher Jones to search for treasure or pop around the corner to the Botanical Gardens and Aqua Zone.

North View is ideally located a stone's throw from the Warrnambool Race course and the perfect base for your next holiday.

North View is the top floor Unit and can be rented in conjunction with the bottom floor Unit called Rosella Perch.

Please note there is no parking in the shared driveway at the side of the block
