The "Haus Dettlbauer" is located at 1,600 meters above sea level, in the charming alpine village of Königsleiten in Salzburger Land, just a few meters from the local mountain railroads and ski lifts. The cozy and lovingly furnished vacation apartment "Haus Dettlbauer - Top 16" has a living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with bunk bed and a bathroom and offers space for 4 people. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, a ski storage room and a furnished balcony. A children's high chair and baby crib are available on request and for an extra charge.
Due to the very central location of the apartment, you will find cafes and restaurants within 1-5 minutes on foot. The Königsleiten village cable car can be reached after 800 m (11 minutes' walk). The slope entrance to the Sonnwendkopfbahn (winter only) already after 350 m (5 minutes walk In Königsleiten there is also a grocery store (Spar market), which is located right outside the front door. The water and sauna world of the Kristallbad in Wald im Pinzgau is only 18 minutes away by car (11 km). In summer, the nearby Durlaßboden reservoir invites you to swim, relax, go pedal boating, etc. Only about 15 minutes by car (13 km) from Königsleiten are the highest waterfalls in Europe - the world famous Krimml Waterfalls. Parking spaces are available on the property.

Hand towels, bath towels and dish towels can be rented in advance via pre-order for an additional charge on site. The settlement is made on site in cash.
Bed linen is obligatory and must be rented for a fee.
