Отель хороший, номера комфортные, приветливый персонал, идут на встречу - повысили уровень номера без доплаты. Все понравилось, кроме завтраков, они вообще не вкусные, много жирной пищи. Вобщем отель на твёрдую 4.

Не заслуживает высокой оценки

Комната с хорошим ремонтом, чистая, просторная. В ванной тоже всё чисто, несколько полотенец, присутствуют некоторые принадлежности (зубная щетка, шампунь и пр.), одноразовые тапочки. Далее минусы, в хронологическом порядке. Нет своей территории, парковка на общедоступной улице, нет нормальной вывески, вход через некую конструкцию, соединяющую два капитальных здания. Нет своего ресторана, фактически нет лобби. В комнате нет телефона, так что связи с ресепшн тоже нет. Звукоизоляции в номере тоже нет, все слышно как из коридора, так и этажом выше. Очень сильно слышно. Кондиционера/обогревателя нет. Вида из окна нет (то есть он есть, но только на некую мастерскую/полусвалку. Территории то своей нет). Жесткая кровать, похоже, составленная из 2х односпальных. В общем, это не отель, а апартаменты. Всё бы ничего, но отсутствие звукоизоляции стало критичным при подведении итогов пребывания. Стоимость комнаты как в отеле уровня европейских 4* не соответствует полученному опыту

Уютный отель в 1,5 километрах от центра Выборга

В очередной раз для поездки в Выборг сделали выбор в пользу этого отеля. Чисто, уютно, комфортно. В последний раз останавливались здесь год назад. В этом году гораздо лучше работает интернет. Мы оказались в том же номере, где жили раньше. В нем поменяли телевизор на современную модель. Из отрицательного отметили только менее стабильную подачу горячей воды (когда моешься, температура воды меняется). В целом отель оправдал ожидания и вновь оставил хорошее впечатление.

Новый отель; чисто; номера светлые, кровать очень узкая и жесткая. До центра минут 20пешком. Завтрак не предложили тк кафе закрыто, . Но посоветовали рядом кафе Поляна, вкусно.

Хорошее расположение, приветливый персонал. Номер был эконом в ожидании ремонта. Плохая звукоизоляция - в щель под дверью слышно шопот постояльце в номере на другом конце коридора.

Комфортный отель сравнительно недалеко от центра

Отель расположен примерно в 1,5 км от центра Выборга в здании, построенном в то время, когда город относился к Финляндии, но с современным ремонтом. Номера категории "Комфорт", в одном из которых мы останавливались, нетесные, достаточно уютные, с современной мебелью, чистые. Персонал внимательно отнесся к нашим просьбам.
