"This is a great place, clean, prompt reply from the Nelva and Gabriel. We really like the pool and it was nice to have a bbq grill too. There was a small hiccup with the door on our first night but we got helped right away. They are very considerate too on the check out process. We for sure recommend it!"

"We stayed here for a week and we were put in an adjoining room. We could hear every conversation in the other room and they weren’t quiet. There were no drawers to put our clothes so we had to keep everything in our opened suitcases on the table. There was 1 cockroach found in the room on the fridge. The room had a great view of the ocean on the 11th floor with a nice balcony to relax on. There were only 3 restaurants to choose from and they usually served the same food. Not a ton of amenities, the bars don’t open until 11-12! The gym had very few machines and some were broken. To my gringo friends: do not eat at the hotdog/hamburger food cart unless you want bathroom issues. Overall we had a relaxing time, but got bored by the 4th or 5th day. "
