The villa is completely renovated and furnished in a combination of a traditional Istrian stone house combined with modern functionality. The villa has underfloor heating and 4 air conditioners - in each bedroom and in the living room.

The ground floor of the villa consists of a wonderful living room with a fireplace and access to a closed terrace - a winter garden and a landscaped yard, a kitchen with a dining room and a toilet, while the first floor of the house consists of two air-conditioned and heated bedrooms and a central bathroom.
