We got to the hotel they said check in was 4:00. Got a room and it was never clean they told us we need to call Travelocity and that we couldn’t stay we drove almost 6 hours so we were staying and they gave us another room at almost 6 and it wasn’t as clean either but we settled cause they said we would have a hard time getting a refund. The sheets were sandy and hair in the trash. Trash In the hall ways and roaches. No snacks in the vending machine. It was a terrible experience. Would never reccomend. Next hotel room I might want to see it in person before I book. Never again would I go to this one.

.... Terrible experience!!! My room had no towels, no tissue, no remote and the heat maxed out at 94 degrees and could not be adjusted or turned off..we i first entered the room it was 82 degrees and went from there..The staff tried to switch me to another room but was unsuccessful stating there was no possible room available to give me.. It was unfair and unprofessional!!

THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. We had mold in our room on the ceilings. There were roaches in the bathtub. The floor was sticky from urine. The hallway light was out make us feel very unsafe. The room phone didn’t work. Absolutely horrible

Wasn’t clean! Had to ask every night for towels and wash cloths. One night you couldn’t even get wash cloths. Room windows not washed on the inside. No shelf’s in shower for soaps and had to leave on the shower floor. Shower floor Tiles chipped. This is a place you do not want to stay.

DON'T DO IT!!!! I want a refund!!My experience with this hotel was terrible. It started from when I walked in tje door. I'm surprised they even have this hotel. If i was a travel site I wouldn't even list it. The rooms were filthy ( I took pictures), the building as a whole was dirty. The staff was not friendly, not even a little bit. Whrn me and my grandchild walked in the door at 4pm, there was a Housekeeper sitting on the coach in the front in her uniform and on the phone - not a good look for guests. When we found the elevator (only a single elevator) it was filthy, like no has ever bothered to wipe it down. Got to our room, it was dirty. The corners in the bathroom looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. There was a hair on one of the shower walls too. There was a piece broken off the toilet. In the room itself the walls were dirty, the side of one of the tables was nasty sticky, the corners in there were dirty too. We did not sleep under allthe layers of covers, i was too scared to. We pulled back the top blanket and slept under that. The next day when they "cleaned" the just pulled the covers up in a haphazard manner, they weren't even straight. Called on my cell both days ( phone in room not working) to report that the phone in the room wasn't working and that our remote wasn't working for the tv. NO ACTIONS..Not even sure why Windym would attach their name to this place. Just horrible. Never ever again.
