The house and setup was very nice. Extremely close to the beach loved the location. We were leery about audio / video surveillance on the door. We presumed it didn’t infringe upon our privacy.Assigned from that the best location we’ve stayed in 5 yrs.

Beautiful in a great location

Very nice home. Some minor issues but Amber was quickly responsive and corrections were made efficiently and completely. Grreat space, clean and in a location that was perfect for easy access to everything in Virginia Beach. Quiet, too! No night noice in comfortable beds with soft bedfing made sleeping in a renntal home very easy. Thank you Amber! Appreciate your commitment to making everything as it shoud be.

Accurate Advertising

Everything advertised about this property is very accurate and I would rent it again. It is immaculately clean and well kept. This house is better than the 5-star hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. It’s clean, walking distance to the beach/boardwalk, convenient, and everything in the house works. I’m glad we booked it. No regrets.

Great, clean house. Safe area

Beautiful newer home in a safe area. Less than 5 min walk to the beach/boardwalk. Close to restaurants, coffee, etc. You do have to cross a couple of streets, but that seems to be the norm in VB for houses. We didn't see any actually on the beach but for multilevel hotels, condos, etc.

Spacious, clean, and in the perfect location. Walking distance to the grocery store, to the beach, and other stores on the main road. Plenty of room for 6 adults.

Beach stay

The house was great. It’s in the perfect location. Was like brand new. Everything you could want. The owners were also great. We wanted to move our trip back a few days and they helped us out with no problem. Will definately be coming back and staying with them again.

Lovely but bumpy start

The property was very clean, quiet, and the perfect size for our family. However, we did not realize we would have to cross two four-lave roads to get to the beach. With a 3-year old we were concerned but managed fine. The start of my stay (grandfather arrived fay early) was a bit difficult. The door code had not been changed but fortunately was left unlocked because i could not reach the property manager (Frank)until the next morning, despite multiple attempts through VRBO. I instruction "manual" was a few words on a framed piece of paper. When Frank was finally reached, he was very helpful setting up the WiFi and TV - nether of which worked according to the "manual." Fortunately, everything was operating well by the time the rest of the family showed up, and we had a great time!

Great location. A couple of blocks to the boardwalk and beach. House clean. Looks new. Property manager Frank was amazing. We stayed a month for cancer surgery recovery. Highly recommend

Gorgeous home, close to beach

Everything was as listed. Very convenient to the beach, restaurants, stores. The home decor was fantastic. Clean and easy to be there. A few beach chairs in garage. Board games in closet. They thought of everything. My only request is a couple more spare rolls of TP.

Perfect Vacation

This house was very close to the beach and has a ton of amenities for a family. It is very clean and tastefully decorated with a coastal theme. Everything that we needed for cooking was provided and there are even games and puzzles for rainy days. We had the perfect stay despite some rainy weather. It was great to have a few beach chairs, a beach umbrella, some sand toys and boogie boards to enjoy on the beach.

This house was exactly like the pictures. It was the perfect size for my family. Very close to the beach, stores and restaurants. Driveway was a bit small because we had two trucks neither fit in the garage. They had beach chairs, beach umbrella and some boogie boards in the garage.

Doesnt get better than this!

Exceptionally clean, everything you would want (look in the pantry for beach chairs, surf boards etc.!) Minutes walk to the boardwalk, kitchen fully stocked with all appliances. Outside shower was a huge plus too. Definitely rebooking for next time :) Owner was amazing, returned our deposit in record time.

Great getaway house

Great house close to beach

The house is almost brand new, well-designed and spacious. It’s perfect for a family. It is also in a quiet neighborhood that is only four blocks from the beach and three blocks from a grocery store. Working with the manager is easy. We had a great stay.

Amazing and Convenient Home

My sister and I wanted to getaway and relax. This property was exactly what we needed. It is truly an amazing home! The pictures are exactly what you see when you arrive. It’s beautifully decorated and cozy. Also, it’s walking distance to the beach, as well as minutes away from various restaurants and activities. The only suggestion is to have a TV in more than one bedroom for other guests to enjoy when winding down for the evening. We definitely recommend this home. Thank you, Frank!! We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back!
