Great Va Beach Location

Great condo and conveniently located to the beach and local convenient store that sold great donuts. The beach was very clean and the access was easy and not crowded. Would highly recommend this rental for you future vacation plans.

Sandbridge Beach Vacation

We loved this property and loved staying in Sandbridge. The property was very well maintained, the check-in process very convenient and easy, and the area was exactly what we were looking for - family friendly and quiet but also close to many restaurants and attractions (plus the store/restaurant across the street is super convenient). Our whole family had a great time, so much so that we plan to be back again next year.

The location is perfect just a short walk to the beach. However the place was dirty. My 1 year old grandson knees and hands were black after crawling on the floor.

October Vacation

The property was fantastic in every way. Little bit of a hiccup checking in, but handled very professionally and timely at 11pm. So impressed with this place, hope to make it back.

Excellent location!

Located directly across the street from the beach, this property has the perfect location and views. Amazing (big!) balcony overlooking the ocean. The condo itself is a little worn down and could use some basic repairs (e.g., cracked baseboards and sections of flooring in master bath), fresh paint, some updated furnishings, and a thorough cleaning. Overall, a good stay.

The best part of the stay was the location. It was right on the beach and also had a kid friendly pool which was great for our toddler. Beach itself was very clean and not crowded. There was a small market across the street for last minute items (highly recommend the donuts!) as well as a sub shop which was delicious. Things that could be fixed / improved:- We received an excessive amount of automated texts, emails, and calls leading up to the stay but upon replying when we actually needed something, got an out of office message or delayed response.- We were told in advance that we would only receive 1 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash bag, and 1 dishwasher pod for the entire week. We had 5 adults and a toddler so this seemed quite stingy to me considering we paid 4K and wouldn’t receive this kind of rationing at a hotel or other equivalent.- The condo appeared mostly clean but there were some (gross) oversights like a bunch of ants crawling up the wall in the corner of the room, peanut shells that weren’t swept by the couch, and a very dirty air grate on the wall that needed a good wipe. With a toddler that touches everything and also tends to put his fingers in his mouth, these were things we had to take care of ourselves. There were also numerous burnt out light bulbs in various rooms throughout the condo.Overall would consider coming back to this beach but would likely choose another condo for the cost.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view. My wife noticed the return vent was extremely dusty. We had to vacuum the rug under the kitchen table and the bedrooms. The vent in the kitchen and living room (ceiling) looked to have mold around the edges. A big stain on the dining room ceiling (water damage?) should be painted. Odd marks on random walls in the room. When opening the curtain the curtain and rod fell down. The center coffee table was broken at the bottom, called beach pros and they said they were aware (didn’t replace it) and the piece that fell had a screw in it(tried to fix it). Overall the view was great and the price was fair for the season, but overall I wouldn’t go back. Also, if you have a family and are staying for a while and pack a dolly/cart at this rental. Security codes for access to the stairs and elevators is great, but difficult to manage if you are unloading or loading your car by yourself. You have a “closet” in the basement for each room, store dollies in them.

The house was mostly as pictured, however there were a couple of recliners missing that were shown and we were expecting in the living room. The views from this rental are exceptional! The rooms stayed cool, lots of space for each family to have privacy. Cabinets well stocked with dishes, pots, etc. Loved having the option to do laundry. There are quite a few things that could stand to be updated/replaced in the condo. The couch cushions are ripped/coming apart/misshapen. The sliding door to the balcony from the master is off of the track and really not usable. Ice maker in the refrigerator does not work properly, the drawer inside is cracked. There are many pieces of furniture that felt weak, wobbly or have broken corners and aren't visually appealing. None of these gripes made the vacation any less enjoyable, however the condo could really use some new furniture. I don't normally nit pick, but there were just too many things not to make mention of them.The pool was a great addition for our daughter. We saw it being cleaned daily and we felt like it was never too crowded to use. There was a problem with one of the elevators during our stay, but we were able to use the 2nd elevator or the stairs.

Shopping, dining and ice cream within a short walk! This is such a nice part of VA Beach. We have stayed by the boardwalk previously and this was far better for our family trip. I highly recommend this unit! It was way bigger than the pictures suggested. Nice surprise.

Sunrise Views

Highly recommend this property. Definitely has a wow factor when you walk in for the first time. Unobstructed ocean views turned us from night owls to early birds just so we could see the beautiful sunrises. The dolphins pods were an added bonus. Loved being on the second floor with easy access to the stairs. Pool area is clean but there is no on site drink/snack bar. Duck donuts were no match for the Sandbridge market donuts. Plenty of Shopping/Food options 10 minutes drive but getting to the Virginia Beach boardwalk was 30 minutes away, a bit of a drag. If you want a low key family vacation this is a perfect spot.

Nice Location

The overall cleanliness of the property was good and the location was excellent. Perfect view of the ocean with beautiful sunrises. The biggest complaints I have about the property was the master suite bed, the bed was small and in much need of a new mattress. The master room was huge and could have very easily have handled a King bed which is always a plus and I feel would make the place more inviting. The other complaint was the balcony door would not lock which would have been a concern if we would have had young kids with us. You should also be aware that you will have a code you need to use to get into the parking area and again to get into the elevator area and once again to get onto the elevator. Then you will have a different code to get into your room. Which at first was a little overwhelming, but you get use to it as the week goes on. All in all the place was very nice and clean and we had an excellent week despite the bed situation which is the only thing that would keep me from renting this place again.

Great Place for a Quiet Vacation

Very nice condo just steps away from the beach. We went with our family of five and another family of four and there was plenty of room for us. I would definitely stay again.

Great condo for a family vacation with a few minor inconveniences

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really loved this condo. It was incredibly spacious and the view of the water was unbeatable. The place was pretty well stocked with all the amenities you need for a week-long stay. The access to the beach was quick and easy, and the extra storage closet in the parking garage was a huge help. With one of our family members in a wheelchair, accessibility was incredibly important to us. The pool was also great for the kids. The only few complaints we had were: the code that was emailed to us for access to the condo did not work. We had to call the emergency line when we arrived at 8pm to get a different code. Also, it was never made clear that there was a different code to access the parking garage and elevator. Also, the height of the parking garage is too low for travelers with SUVs with luggage racks on top. We had to remove ours in the parking lot before parking in the garage. Finally, the cleanliness of the condo itself was lacking. We found old goldfish, toys, and crayons under the furniture, and everything was a bit dusty. There were also several minor cosmetic issues and a few broken items here and there around the condo, but nothing that affected our stay. Besides those few things our vacation was wonderful, and we would recommend.

View was amazing, condo was very nice

There were a few issues, balcony door didn't lock, washer didn't always work and our security code door died and maintenance had to come out but aside from that, it's a great location, beautiful view, easy walk to the beach and was clean. Would definitely stay there again.
