Apartamento Glamor, an excellent 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Manta Rota just meters from the beach.

Both bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning, spacious living room with dining table and air conditioning. Independent kitchen equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, kettle, Pingo Doce brand coffee machine, fridge, and all necessary utensils.

Péssimo serviço do gestor do apartamento
Apartamento adequado e instalações boas. Faltavam produtos básicos à chegada (p.e. sem toalha de mesa para comermos, não tínhamos esfregão da loiça, nem detergente para lavar chão (casa pet-friendly), etc.). Vimos que o Micro-ondas estava avariado e falámos logo com o gestor do apartamento (Sr. Iuri) que nos garantiu que o iria substituir e levar o que estava em falta. Nunca mais conseguimos falar com ele, nem respondeu a mensagens de telemóvel/email. Até mesmo quando foi para deixar o apartamento, enviámos mensagens a indicar onde deixámos a chave, pois nem nessa altura atendeu ou devolveu chamada. Pela falta de apoio e logística da casa, deixou-nos insatisfeitos.

uma estadia agradável mas com sobressaltos
Na chegada à habitação deparámo-nos com uma casa limpa, mas sem toalhados de casa de banho ou lençóis de dormir e foi necessário contactar o gestor para trazerem os mesmos, tendo sido deixados em cima de uma das camas durante a nossa ausência. Foi necessário solicitar também a visita das senhoras da limpeza para proceder a uma limpeza adicional para aplicação de um produto para matar formigas, pois a casa tem problema com formigas (aparecem em todas as divisões). As senhoras da limpeza, embora simpáticas, procederam às limpezas sem utilização de máscaras (nesta fase COVID é obrigatório). Embora a casa seja anunciada como moderna, só parcialmente o é. Uma boa parte do mobiliário é velho e nem sempre nas melhores condições. As janelas, embora funcionais, são de madeira e não oferecem o melhor dos isolamentos, sendo que a maioria dos estoros não fecha completamente (levar venda para os olhos se vos incomodar). Tem bons ares condicionados, mas sem limpeza (tivémos que efectuar por nós essa tarefa). A cozinha tinha material de usar muito gasto (particularmente facas). O fogão tem uma taxa de aprendizagem (ver manual). A casa de banho tinha um problema no chuveiro quando chegámos, que o gestor resolveu posteriormente. A localização é boa, mas um dos quartos fica exposto para a estrada, onde se ouve bastante ruído (usámos felizmente apenas um dos quartos). Faltam tomadas eléctricas (mas é um problema com construções antigas). Algumas extensões eléctricas seriam benéficas. A área é concorrida em termos de estacionamentos devido ao numero de casas e à proximidade da praia.
