Staff was friendly, and room (king suite) was well sized, however it was freezing when we arrived. The heat had not been turned on, even knowing someone was going to use the room. We cranked the heat in both rooms, but even after returning a number of hours later, it was still uncomfortable. Fortunately, we found a space heater in the closet, and with that and closing the bedroom door, it finally warmed up. I'm not sure it would have if it was a larger room. Additionally, we never managed to get 1 TV working, and the other one had to be unplugged to reset every time we wanted to use it.

The staff(Chris) was amazing. He was very welcoming. He was calm. He was extremely helpful. We were able to walk to the Uptown mall for coffee and breakfast and a bit of shopping. It was close to our sons work.

Room was modern and very clean. Beds were also very comfortable. Overall a 5 star rating except for the Elevator door was very slow closing only on the way up. No discounts available at the attached pub and restaurant
