After a day savoring the delightful tourist spots which make Victoria and the island a world-renowned vacation area, you'll come home to a cozy one-bedroom suite, on a Quiet Cul de sac . Close to sand and water, trees and trails. Our comfortable one bedroom suite, with private access, is in a residential neighborhood next to Glen Lake, in the beautiful area of Langford. Our place is a short walk to sports fields, the YMCA, the Rugby Canada National Training Centre, Pacific Football Club, shopping, bowling, skating, theatres, groceries, and the galloping goose trail.

The kitchen is complete with a fridge, stove, microwave, Keurig, small appliances, pots, pans, and even a picnic basket complete with beach towels to support your adventures on the island.

We have Wi-Fi and cable TV. Our suite includes a stackable washer and dryer. Linens are supplied. The bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer.

Bring your kayaks, paddleboards and fishing gear if you like as the lake is stocked with trout. You can fish off the dock or there's a small boat launch for boats with electric motors.

The hosts were very welcoming and self check-in was seamless. This location was convenient to explore Victoria, the south coast of the island & Butchart Garden and hikes to the north. Home away from home

John and Susan were the perfect hosts!! Great communication and we really enjoyed our chats and suggestions for the area. The suite was a cozy coastal retreat with an inviting window seat to enjoy the lake view and many bird species visiting the garden. Super comfy bed, relaxing rain shower and well stocked kitchen. Central location was great for getting to all our favourite spots both in Victoria and Sooke. Thanks for such a wonderful experience and will be back!!

Living your best life in Langford at the sweet suite

This was a wonderfully sweet suite - such a cute, comfy, cozy place to stay. All one could need for a short or longer stay is provided, in this quaintly decorated and well equipped suite. Sitting at the window seat in the well appointed living room with your morning coffee, gazing beyond the garden, one can look out to the lovley lake view beyond. Then only a quick, brisk walk out the backyard gate and into the Glen Lake Park you will find a huge grassy area and picnic benches, a large play area and seasonal water park; not to mention the lake with a bridge to fish and swim or paddle off of. Not far from the house are many handy places to go, from hiking/biking trails, more lakes , beaches and many other activities, restaurants and shops close at hand. A great location to get around to many historical, cultural, and recreational activities and nature areas galore. And if all this isn’t enough, two of the nicest people to meet and greet you, who are very kind and exceptional hosts always communicating and helpful with numerous questions. They definitely went above and beyond for us, and I feel we met new friends . Thank you for the kind and generous hospitality!

February Retreat

Booked for the month, unfortunately due to health issues, had to cut retreat short. This place was very cosy and well beyond what I was expecting. The property managers are very exceptional and caring people. They really care and are there for their guests. My opinion, probably the the best on the Island!

Exploring Langford

The location was close to major shopping amenities and close to the freeway for easy access. Set in the trees with a small lake nearby with walking trails. We were in our F150 - a bit large for the parking area but managed. Hosts were very friendly and responsive and live in the home which is above the lower level (walkout level) apartment. Only real complaint - could have a larger table in the kitchen - a drop leaf round table should still work in the area and accomodate eating meals easier. Rest of the facilities were excellant. Would stay there again.

A hidden gem

I would give this place a 6 or 7 stars out of 5. I was pleasantly surprised with this apartment. The costing and location is perfect. The location is close to a bus stop and has pleasant walks nearby. The kitchen is better equipped than my own place! and the owners are amazing to interact with, they went out of their way to ensure I had the best stay. I have not a single complaint or recommendation on how they could do better. If I am in town again, I will surely stay with them again.
